Illustration NE Project Exhibition 2011

This years annual INE Project Exhibition was a huge success for both the project as well as everyone involved. This year we had 19 artists from around the region showcasing work from both traditional and digital illustration.

During the launch party of the show we had 200+ people through the door and we sold quarter of the work on the walls along with lots of great items from our POP UP ART SHOP. The month the show was on we sold half of all the work hung on the walls, which meant every artists sold one or more pieces. The project also received lots of press including national recognition from major publications. I hope this show has brought to light what great talent we have in the Northeast and raise the issue that we need to support local talent and exhibit more northern artist within the Northeast.
